When launched in January earlier this year, Samsung unveiled the Galaxy A8+ at the price of Rs 32,990 in India. However, just a couple of months later, Samsung has announced a price cut on the device, and its price has now been brought down to Rs 30,990. The smartphone is exclusively available on Amazon India. The smartphone stands out mostly for its dual front-facing camera setup. One is a 16-megapixel sensor, whereas the other is an 8-megapixel sensor. Both cameras work in tandem, and comes with ‘Live Focus’ feature that allows you to keep your face in focus, while blurring the background. It also features Augmented Reality (AR) based live stickers, beauty mode and HDR among others. At the rear is a 16-megapixel rear camera.
